The middle child of the Oyster mushrooms. Not quite as loud as the Pink but more fun (trying to resist making 'Fungi' joke...) at a party than the Grey.
We recommend these mushrooms for soups, stews, stir-fries and rice and pasta dishes. The meaty texture adds another layer of enjoyment to the flavour and looks of these awesome delicacies and makes them very versatile.
There is the option to have these mushrooms arrive in a cluster or trimmed, depending on the style of cooking you have in mind. The Wicked Healthy team (video below) prefer to cook the mushrooms in clusters, whereas other people (usually less wicked) prefer the pre-trimmed variety.
